Unauthorized charges
After renewing with their service for 6 months, scam too is that I didn't find anyone to date within 6 months stated promotion is they'll give you 6 months free - this is lie too, after Nov 5th deadline I checked to see if they billed me and the did. I immediately canceled membership and they said "they won't automatically renewed Once your subscription expires in 5/5/10...6 months after I canceled it. Another words, they charged me $76 from 5/5/09 thru 11/5/09 authorized and $101.94 unauthorized for the same period.
Talk about a scam
Match.com when you initiate your membership doesn't allow you to unclick the renewal button, I made many attempts to contact to express my outrage to this but, the don't show a customer service phone number and lame email responses that don't answer your questions are sent.

Fraudulant Charges on Credit Card
I had a credit card through Indigo Bank, which was paid off in full in February of 2009, and had not used the card since. However, when I received my April 2009 bill, it has a number of charges from your company to my credit card, which were not made by myself or anyone in my household. I have contacted the credit card company and informed that the card was used fraudulantly and they have issued a new card with a new credit card number, but informed me that it was my responsibility to contact the companies to have them send the letters to them to reverse/credit the old account. Furthermore, my husband has passed away and the furtherest thing on my mind is to find a new companion. Therefore, please take care of this matter immediately!!!

The original Credit Card used for these charges was 5100-0400-0018-7421.

Fraudulent Charge
Fraudulent charge on my debit card for $34.99 then credited it back to me... obviously they had my debit card info from somewhere as I never have ordered anything from such a company. I have cancelled my card.

unauthorized charges
I just found an unauthorized charge on my account in the amount of $71.94 dated 11/14/2008 by WMV*Match.com 800-326-5161 TX. I do not know what this is for. I googled the name and found that this is a rip-off, they must have stolen my credit card information from another website. I am going to the bank to cancel my credit card and make sure there are no other charges from this company.
