Since August 2006, I've been mailing monthly payments to LNVN Funding, Great Seneca Financial Corp and Advantage Assets. All three payments are sent as court advised c/o Wolpoff & Abramson, LLP at 300 Canal View Blvd, 3rd flr, rochester, NY 14623.
The post office returned my letter with a sticker "return to sender not deliverable as addressed unable to forward.
I took the envelope to the post office and they didn't know why it was returned. The postman speculated that it was returned because I wrote 3rd floor, but left out suite number. I have never in the past put a suite # on it.
I've tried the 866 241 1458 number and get a recording saying busy circuits. I called information for the local number which is 585 413 4020 but get another recording saying "Sorry this service is not available now" What should I do so that we don't default on payments?
