I bought 3 pair of jeans from the Women Within. They were too long so I sent them back to exchange them for a petite size. The Women Within said they credited by bank account however it was not in my bank account then Rufino told me it could take up to 4 weeks to get my money back which is not what I requested to begin with I wanted an exchange. The Women Within then took another $31.96 out of my account without my authorization. Like most Americans these days I am on a shoe string budget and this additional money out of my account has cost me return check charges. BUYER BEWARE. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and Attorney General's office for unauthorized charge to my account.
