Over charging shipping and handling, inferior product
I purchased the wonder hanger package a while back. I was overcharged for shipping and handling. The hangers were a piece of junk. The hanger part stretched and all my clothes fell on the floor of the closet. I put lighter clothes, light cotton tops, etc., and they still fell to the floor. Wonder hangers are a flimsy piece of junk. Don’t buy it. Don’t buy anything advertised on TV because they will overcharge you on shipping and handling.
I also purchased Space Bags, the sealed clear clothing storage bags advertised on TV (the kind you vacuum the air out with your vacuum cleaner). The seal won’t work after using the bag once or twice. The plastic leaves a funny smell on your clothes. Don’t buy these either.
Years ago I purchased a steam device I saw advertised on TV to steam wrinkles out of your clothes and things like curtains, etc. The hot water leaked from the device and scalded my hand. It was a piece of junk. I threw it away and never did anything about it.
I have never had a good experience buying anything advertised on TV. If they say, “But wait, there’s more”, and offer an additional item for the same price…..don’t do it. They will overcharge you for additional shipping and handling. Don’t waste your money. I will never again order anything from an infomercial.

They hit our card for $103.00 and the worst part is, they kept running the card until they finally got it to clear
My husband tried to order a set of these hangers for me and we are dealing with the same issue everybody else is complaining about. They hit our card for $103.00 and the worst part is, they kept running the card until they finally got it to clear. Then my husband has gotten nothing but the run-around from the company. We are refusing the order if it ever shows up and calling the BBB in the morning. I saw that these hangers are available in some stores but I am so angry I will NEVER give the company a cent! A supervisor says he'll return my money when I refuse the order but after reading these other complaints I'm sure that that will not happen at all. I recommend to everyone who reads this share this with as many people as possible so the same doesn't happen to them. We were lied to at every turn. The supervisor said that we should have the shipment in a few days which was also a lie. The last rep I spoke to said that it won't be delivered for 7-10 days from today when I was told it would be here in a few days. I'm going to refuse the order and hope my card is credited. Come's down to this: DON'T ORDER FROM WONDER HANGER!! You will get ripped off.
