Sub: Notice received from property manager of Woodbridge of Louisville

I consider myself unfortunate to receive such notice in my 20 month stay here in Woodbridge. Till date, I have never received any noise complaints from any of my neighbors.

Ever since I have this new neighbor, it’s been a pain for me to live peacefully. It’s become difficult to even have a small family get together or a family birthday party.
I really don’t understand the sound level she is talking about. This is because I have tried reducing the volume ever since she walked into my house one day complaining. After a couple of days, again I receive this notice. In short, I am really not sure. What she wants.

Having tried reducing the volume has not worked in my case. So it would be better to send a technician and solve the problem. As a solution, the property manager did tell me in the first meeting that she will be sending a person to solve this issue; however she does not abide by her words.

Also, I wanted to file a complaint against this neighbor: I have been hearing music at loud levels in the midnight at around 11.30 - 12.30. I strongly oppose such behavior. It was not my intent to complain, but having such rude behavior against me is forcing me to do so.
Also, the other day she was shouting at the front my door as a lunatic for no reason. My kid who is 4 years old got scared, she is almost like a terror for him.
Also I remember the cops coming to her house, the first day she moved in. I really don’t understand what her problem is.

I really feel sorry for the moment that I had recommended my friends to come and live here at Woodbridge. I will definitely share this experience and be a warning to my other friends who come to see this apartment. I am really sad for the property manger who does not find time to solve this issue and all she could say was “Low the volume down”.
