We are a small business enterprise in the US based in Michigan and we would like to share our bad exeprienced the products we ordered from WAGAS CRAFTS, inc. in September, 2010. The US Consumer Safety Commission examined the products in particular, the Wooden Lamps and Toy Puzzles upon its arrival in Grand Rapids, MI in November, 2010. The Toy Puzzles were found to bear lead-containing paint above 0.009% (90ppm) which were considered hazardous substance within the meaning of Sec.2(q)(1) of the Federal Hazardous Substance Act. While the wooden Lamps present a substantial product hazard which includes undersized wiring, improper polarity, and inadequate strain relief. These defects create a potential fire and electrical shock hazard to consumers. These products totalling US4, 380.00 were seized by the US Customs and Border Protection. We asked for a refund from the company but no response.
