My name is Jatin . i bought a shoe of woodland on 16thFeb, 2011 from showroom of woodland in ghaziabad(opulent mall, ghaziabad). Only in 2 months shoe condition has became worst the shoe is DE-SHAPED & and colour is also started fading the leather is also cutting from the laysis side . After that i contacted the store manager & i was not entertained by him, after the complaint went to office i got to know the silly reason that it was fault of my wearing and shoe is DE-SHAPED only because of my SWEAT, then why should a person go for woodland . And its been 4 days im trying customer care number no one picks up call there and the store manager is also not responding, i'm highly disappointed by the shoes of woodland and worst servive of woodland .
