This store needs to kick it up to the 21st century. First off on how they treat employees. Maybe the management staff aren't educated, but in this day and age, it is imperative that our youth go to college. This company DOESN"T work around schedules at all, for schooling, extra-cirricular activities, church services, etc.
Did you know if you CALL IN SICK (and can even prove it with a Dr.'s slip), they put 'extra weekend days' on your schedule as punishment?
Did you know if you need off for your OWN HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION...tough luck. "SELF COVER"...? Meaning, YOU have to find a replacement worker.
Did you know there is no 'check and balance' on if you are helping another person in covering their shifts, and when it's 'your' turn and they don't reciprocate, Woodman's doesn't care? Most companies will not let person "A" request off if they aren't contributing back to help another person...
Did you know if you are a person who goes to a church service with your parents, they will not recognize this? Again, "SELF COVER"...
This place has SO much turnover, which really could be curtailed upon good management.
It would be nice, also, to stop in the outdated food business. I wish the State of Wisconsin would have a watch dog group out there (maybe there is?) on when people find outdated food. I wish a local tv crew could go undercover...
