Hi,

I am Avishek Kumar Mishra, I have worked in Woodpeckers for 24 days. They have terminated me because they dont have project to do and also they are not able to give the salary or its just a fraud company. They committed very thoughts at the time of joining. I have joined there at 23k per month so its around 17k

Now when I get terminated then I ask for the salary and Mr Abhinandan Jain told me "I will not give you salary. Do whatever you can. My main motto is terminate you without the payment"

Now I am going to court also for this. This company should be sealed so that no other employee can be cheated by this company.
Please help me so that I can get my salary or just sealed that company.
