The floor manager is needing some assistance in using maners. When you walk in front a customer you could at least say "Excuse Me".
This is now the second incident with this "floor manager" - the first time was very verbal.
Also, some one should find out how she treats the staff at this store. The way she speaks to the staff is appalling.
I have been a customer at this store since the first day of opening - I will NOT be returning. I gave it a second go - and still had a bad experience with her. Not again.
I have never complained about a person before - so I do believe that I have just concerns about this "floor manager"
