I want to inform you about my experience with your customer service dept. today and before I called I had no dissatisfaction with your service. I have been a customer only since July 2007. Since we are not meeting in person, I want to take a moment to introduce myself: My name is Ally Amorello & until your company respects my rights and pays for the monetary charges I have incurred you will get a clear understanding of the lenghts I will go to for your company to resolve my issue regardless of the $ monetary amount, I will not be transferred and ignored. If you understand my complaint then we will have just a short relationship which of course I want.
Briefly, the problem is :See attached work order form documented by the company I took my computer to and I wish to inform you they are happy to comply with whatever future documentations I need to send to your company.

In order to resolve this matter these were the two very fair options I gave Cingular in order to to satisfy my probelm, which was directly due to your product:
1. The amount I was charged to fix my laptop be applied to my future bills and I would HAVE Happily KEPT MY CONTRACT with your company.
2. Allow me to cancel my contract without the termination fee and credit my account the difference.

After 1 hour and being passed off to 4 different "COULD CARE LESS CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT REPRESENTATIVES"
THE ONLY OPTION I NOW PRESENT TO YOU THAT WILL RESOLVE MY COMPLAINT WITH CINGULAR:
1. CINGULAR WILL SEND ME A CHECK FOR THE MONETARY DAMAGES I HAD TO PAY TO FIX MY LAPTOP.
2. CINGULAR WILL PROVIDE A REFUND CHECK IN THE FULL AMOUNT I HAVE PAYED TO ACCT. 641308383 FOR YOUR SERVICES. A SMALL FAIR PRICE TO RESOLVE MY COMPLAINT.

Enclosed are copies of my records AND A RECENT ACCOUNT STATEMENT.

Please contact me within 7 business days of the date of this letter with specific instructions for resolution of my request. UNDERSTAND THIS IS NOT A THREAT BUT A VERY ACCURATE WAY OF HOW I EXPECT TO BE TREATED BY A COMPANY THAT I CHOSE TO GIVE MY BUSINESS TO.
