I signed up for a $1 trial which lasted I think 14 days, I watched the video tutorials, and after a week or so I was charged $97.47. I tried to go to the FAQs section, but the section didn't load, the button was there just for show, I tried the contact us button, and the info but they were the same. then I Google EBIZ and I got many websites, all said different things about the terms and conditions, I finally got an email address and asked to be removed as a member, and I also got a phone number and I called to cancel the subscription and I asked if I could get a refund, but the lady whom answered told me there were no refunds. On one website I read there was a three day policy refund and on another I read it was 365 day policy. Anyways I lost around $100 to them, and it was really frustating not being able to find any contact information on the initial website.

In trying to find a work at home job I came across the link for DCA. I read what they had to say about the product and watched one of the videos. I do not recall seeing anything about being charged $139.95 for the program. I have been very careful in reading the fine print as I have lost money before not doing so. When I checked my account I could not figure out what this charge was for. I called my Bank right away and was given the 800 number for DCA. I called them and spoke with JC?? who told me that there was a 5-day free trial and all they could give me back would be $70. His English was almost incomprehensible, I have no idea what country he could be from and he spoke as if he didn’t want to be heard. When I asked why I couldn’t’ have the full amount refunded he put me on hold. When he came back on the line he still insisted that all I could get back was $70. I went ahead and agreed but it dawned on me that I could get the Bank to put a stop payment on it and so get my money back. The Bank said that as it was in process I would have to wait until it posted and then call their direct claims dept and report the problem. This is exactly what I will be doing and anyone else out there that this happens to, call your Bank and have them stop the payment no matter how long it takes to get it sorted out. When DCA starts losing money with this plan, maybe then they will be forced to pull the plug on themselves.

You have the nerve to charge my credit card without my permission I will give this over the the authority, the promisesyou made never happend, but you took something from me with out permission,
and I will take action agains this.

I am furious about the google website because their name was use in this advertisement scam. I CD that should have been shipped for $2.00 in giving you leads to companies and other employers looking for dedicated people to work at home turn out to be a scam. On top of all that no CD was ever sent and my account was debited for $72.21 I didn't authorize this company to take this type of money out of my account. When you call the customer service number they tell you that you can't get your money back unless you email this company. When you go to the internet to pull up this website www.supportblazingkeyword.com nothing comes up but Ask.com. What kind of mess is this. As a consumer who works hard for my money I think something should be done about this company. Sent this company is advertise under google than something should be done. All I want is my money back because your company stole that out of my account. This is consider internet fraud. For all the people like myself that you have done this to whoever you are consider the fact that it's wrong and give all of us our money back.
