I have been purchasing movie tickets on this website since August 2007. In 2008, one of the orders got "misplaced." I contacted them and they explained that it may been lost in the mail. Therefore, they sent me replacements. Now in 2010, another order got "misplaced", which is really weird because I get all my bills, my mail and everything at the same address and the postal service hasn't misplaced any of those. I contacted working advantage, and they told me that I had to wait three weeks to report a lost item. I waited and contacted them again, now the customer service said that she needed to speak to her supervisor to complete the claim. She returned on the phone and said they couldn't replace my tickets because they had done so once in the past and they tell their customers to use UPS as shippers for future order (which they didn't tell me). Also their policy states that they are not responsible for lost tickets; however, I checked their website and their is a clause that states that some theater and event tickets are replaceable depending on the venue. When I read that to the customer service rep and the manager. She said that only refers to broadway plays and concerts or events, not movie theater tickets. Well I lost my $65.00 (which is what the movie theater tickets cost) and never got the tickets. Be warned with orders from working advantage.
