unauthorized charges on debit card
i signed up for a trial offer of premium white and after canceling thought i was through with this scam. they did not charge my card after over a dozen phone calls and jumping thru all the hoops. on 12/21/09 i found a charge on my card for $24.13 for a membership in world club fitness. i called the number and spoke to a very rude s.o.b. who informed me that he could cancel my membership but under no circumstances would i receive a refund. i tried to argue my side to no avail. i was told that this was a bonus membership included when i signed up for premium white. that is a total lie! i read thru the terms and conditions immediatly after ordering the p-w (which prompted me to cancel hastily) and there was nothing of the sort. my fear now is that there may other "bonus sites" from this company to steal more of my money.

COMPANY IS A SCAM, FRAUD
This company charges your credit card without your knowledge for a service YOU ARE NEVER AWARE YOU'RE PURCHASING. I was enrolled in a World Club Fitness program when I purchased a trial for a teeth whitening product from Premium White (another company that will charge your credit card without authorization - I had to find out the hard way). The World Club Fitness program requires a user name and password, which is supposedly emailed to you upon enrollment, but needless to say and based on the other complaints I've read, they never send you the so called "confirmation email" so you have no way of knowing how to use the service you're purchasing. I can't believe ridiculous companies like this stay in business, PLEASE EVERYONE LEARN FROM MY (AND OTHERS) MISTAKES, don't use World Club Fitness as their whole business model is based on dishonesty and taking advantage of others...

fraud
I wish I knew the address of this company, or even their website. I have received two billings on my credit card which have been unauthorized. One was billed for 24.82 under the name of elitepack (866-396-2729) and another for $24.13 under the name of SupWorldFit (866-707-5590). When I called the toll free numbers, they ended up being the same company...only different names and diffferent numbers (I smell a SCAM!). I did not sign up for their services, nor have I received any services from them. They explained that when I requested a "free trial" from Ultra Plus (another scam), under the terms and conditions I also enrolled in their services. Because I had not cancelled, they continued to charge. I had cancelled Ultra Plus after realizing the scam, but did not even know that other companies would charge me. When asked to speak to a supervisor, they told me that I was not allowed to. I asked for the name of the supervisor and was told that for "security reasons" they could not share the person's name. What reputable company would do business in this manner????

Becasue of other complaints I read, I cancelled my credit card. Although they tell you they will cancell future billings, I don't trust them. They would not refund any past billings since, as far as they were concerned, I enrolled in their services. If this has happended to you...Call them and complain. We must have a common voice. This is robbery under the guise of a "legal transaction". Notify your credit card company immediately!!

account refund
After signing up for a trial offer for dazzle smile, I was enrolled automatically for a 40 day trial, unknowingly, to a world club fitness, that eventually charged me 24 bucks! After stressing to them that I had never heard of them, nor been to their website, I pleaded with them to refund my money. But to no avail, and in fact they spit at me their policy that they are protected by their terms and conditions that I never saw, and I DID read the Terms and Conditions available the day i signed up with the dazzle smile. What gets me really angry is that they hung up on me in the middle of our dialogue. Not just once, but three times! As a customer who didin't know I was one with them, they had no compassion or consideration for my woes! DO NOT go with these guys!!

unauthorized money taken out of my bank account
I signed up for dazzle smile pro. I was charged an unauthorized amount by that company. On 12/6/09 I see money coming out of my cking account for $24.13 from a company I never heard of!! I called my bank & they gave me a phone # for the company, they did not have an address. When I called the company they said because I DID NOT CK the box that I was signing up for this membership. I ordered a trial offer for dazzle white. I was told this money in non refundable!!! i AM MAD AS HELL!

charged for membership with out knowing
I signed up for what I thought was a free sample of Acai Berry for $2.95 and the next thing I know I was billed for $87.00 for a product that I had not even tried. So I cancelled the product like they told me and the next thing I know is that I am being charged for World club fitness, which I have never heard of and I am stuck with a $24.00 charge for something that I have never seen or heard of and a membership to a fitness that is on line that I have never heard from. This is a complete scam of hidden things on a internet site and I have yet to get my refund for anything. This fitness club is something on line that I guess you do virtual fitness with. How are you suppose to deal with a company that has never got ahold of you except they just take money out of your bank account which you have never given the number to or the permission to take it out or agree to a membership? This needs to be stopped, its a scam and its fraud.

Scam
I ordered Clear Lift Ultra and cancelled 30 seconds later. They said the product would be automatically shipped to me but I could return it immediately for refund. They went ahead and took out the $87 anyway even though the unopened product was returned and back at their warehouse. I had to call 6 times to get them to finally refund the money 2 months later. The number I called 1-888-676-4122 and they told me each time that the money would be refunded. The last time I called them, they finally put on a supervisor (or just someone else) and he said it was never entered into the system for the refund but it was now. I called back a half hour later and got someone else who brought up the account and said it indeed was being refunded. We got it posted back to our account within a week. Thinking the nightmare was over...NO...it wasn't. Now 3 weeks later another charge by another company showed up on our bank statement.
Sup*WORLDFIT. I called the number it listed on our statement: 866-407-5590. They claimed the "bonus" membership was on the webpage when I ordered. Complete LIE. The web page no longer exists but I had already done a still screen of the site and terms and policies when I canceled the first time to prove it. It is listed nowhere and this is a flat out lie. They said they would not refund the money and would not transfer me to anyone. I finally got an address out of them : Far End Services Limited, P.O. Box 22100 East 26th Ave. Aurora, Co 80019.

This also happens to be the Pure Lift, USA address. So i called "clear lift ultra" number again and they said they were not affiliated with World Fitness Club so did not have my account info with them and their address was not the aurora address as that was theirs...It is all a scam. We have no idea what else they will charge us with in the future so called our bank to claim fraud charges and cancel our card number. They are a scam. I went to World Fitness Club website and they have a bogus 866 number on their site too. How do companies like this exist? Who is regulating this?????? Our bank said they will get back the $24.13 so thank goodness not a dime is going to these utter losers.

refund refusal
I was charged for a service that i never signed up for and I never gave permission to have this money taken. I called them and they will not refund the money they stole from me. They will not let me talk to a supervisor and are rude about it. How are they able to take the money that I never authorized ? This just does not sit well with me, because they are nothing but stealing money from all of us and it needs to be stopped right now.

SCAM
THESE PEOPLE ARE THEIVES !!! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

I ordered a Dazzlesmile product and now I am getting charges from these people. They claim that I "joined" when I bought the Dazzlesmile product. They refuse to give a refund. I was able to cancel and get a cancellation confirmation #, but that could be a scam also.
