Refund refusal
I got scammed as well, but luckily it was only for $17.32. I purchased the Acai berry product and I did cancel during the free trial period so that I wouldn't get charged. What they were really sneaky about was that they also sign you up for a membership with World Club Fitness on a 40 day trial basis. Banking on the customer forgetting about the membership (or not even knowing about it), they then charge you for the website membership. When you call in to inquire about the charge, the customer service agent tells you that they are authorized to issue refunds but that they don't because all of their products and services are non-refundable. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was flat out told no that they would not call a supervisor to the phone because they had the authority to handle the situation. I called back and immediately asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that first they needed my account information. When the second agent looked up the information she also refused to call a supervisor. I let her know that I myself am a manager and if anyone asked to speak to me, it's just good customer service they the manager present themselves. This agent let me know that that's not something they do. THESE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE A COMPLETE SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE OR SUBSCRIBE TO THEM.

Non approved subscription
I ordered a Dazzle White product and was billed $24.82 US for a subscription I never received any product of service for this charge.

I can't get a credit for this either.

Unauthorized charges/membership
Hey guys I too have been a victim of this same scam. I was able to get through to customer service which has been outsourced to a call center by the way. I was told that the fees charged to me were non-refundable. I was able to get my so called membership cancelled to which I was sent a confirmation e-mail for the trouble. The weird thing is when I tried to write to voice my complaint about these charges to that same e-mail it came back returned that the e-mail did not exist! The reason I am voicing my complaint here is you can go to the FBI website and file a IC3 Complaint Referral Form. If the owner of this company is really this Mark Adamson guy then you all should voice your complaints using this form. I know I did so hopefully you all will do the same.

Good Luck

Membership to website
I bought a product called Clearlift by lured by a FREE trial. I must admit that I did not read it properly and ohh boy, it isn't free. Anyway, to make matters worse, allegedly somewhere in the agreement, which I can not find, it says that you are now with Affiliates. And, never tells me you will be charged $25 for membership to this on-line fitness club-World Club Fitness. $25...

I can not get my money back. I didn't even know I had access to an on-line fitness. No welcome letter, not even a notice of being charged. Just charged. You can cancel but not get your money back.

That is not right. I feel like I have been duped. This is not right. I want my money back. Jean

Billed $87.62 to credit card without my knowledge or permission.
I never heard of this program until today when I received unwanted products from DazzleSmile! Introductory info about World Fitness Club was on the back on a DazzleSmile page. Also received credit card bill with an UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE OF $87.62.

My credit card bill also included a "foreign transaction fee" (a finance fee) of $10.14 for a total of four unauthorized charges including this one, the one for the Weight Loss Resource Membership, the one for DazzleSmile!, and the one for CleanWhites, which all came through CYPRUS!!!

Is there anyone out there who can stop these scamers????

SCAM!!!!!Will not give me my money back!
First Dazzelsmile took out 84 dollars out of my acct called freaked out, they canceled my acct (not that even opened an acct, I did the free trial not knowing that there was consiquences involved), and Dazzelsmile put the money back in my acct. Now its 2weeks later I get a 24 dollar amount taken out of my acct from World Club Fitness. I called trying to be very polite, the gentlemen canceled my acct (again did not open acct with this company either) but that WORLD CLUB FITNESS can not put this money back in my acct. The very rude customer service rep stated that when I signed up for Dazzelsmile that I signed up for WORLD CLUB FITNESS! I kept the reciept from Dazzelsmile and know where does it say that WORLD CLUB FITNESS can take out money from my acct, or that I signed up for something other then a free trial which was a total scam. I asked the rude customer service rep for a supervisor or manager and the rep stated that they do not have a supervisor to take these calls. I am calling the NY Stats Attorney General Office and canceled my bank acct. I have tried everything trying to get an address or figure out who owns this company. I can't believe we have people out there that work for a scanless company. Why in this world do we have greedy selfish people. Oh and top this all off I did this for a free trial of something I never recieved and yet I am still having to pay for! Why would anyone sign up for WORLD CLUB FITNESS its online... Its not even a real gym.

mark adamson
Mark Adamson is owner of many scams. World Club fitness (online), weight loss resources (online), teeth whitening scams and many more. If you do anything on-line check and make sure that he is not the owner. He has an address of 5600 Ontario Mill Pkwy Suite 400, Ontario, Canada. He is in the business of ripping people off. My advise to all who see this is go to the BBB and put in the business you are considering doing business with and you will find that they have a D rating if Mark Adamson owns the business. You will find that he does not look to resolve any issues in a fair way. He is bad news.

Good Luck and do some interenet investigation before clicking that you agree to any terms and conditions.

No way to cancel my so-called membership
After trying the "Dazzle Smile" toothpaste product, I learned that I had also been enrolled in World Club Fitness, which is nothing more than a web site with a few tips on how to be healthy.

I tried calling their numbers to cancel: 888-407-3685 and 866-279-6513

The 888 number gives a message that I cannot call this number from my area. I tried the number from several other areas in the US and got the same message.

The 866 number is dead. When I dial it, absolutely nothing happens.

If I am unable to cancel my so-called membership, World Club Fitness will begin taking almost $25.00 each month from my checking account.

I can't find any way to contact these crooks.
