I first noticed a charge in December and immediately called the number that appeared on my bank statement, but due to the Holiday's I was unsuccessful in speaking to a live person. Here it is nearly a month later and I have yet to recieve a return call or a credit...but much to my chagrin I noticed yet another charge!!!
Today I was able to speak to a very, very rude young man with absolutely no success! He kept insisting he had every authority to help me yet was completely unable to help me. I kept though I was very very nice - almost sickening he refused to refund any of my money!
By the end of the conversation I informed him about this website and told him that his $10 an hour job may not be as secure as he may think because his company was being investigated for fraudulant charges...he became very quite and his cockiness all but disapeared.
This I took great pleasure in!! ha ha!

These companies need to be irradicated and made illegal! What can we do??? Is there anybody out there that can offer answers???

I was charged for a website that I never requested. I called and they canceled the membership, but would not return the money. This is a SCAM.
