I ordered a guitar, and as of today, it has been 5 months, and there is still no sign of it. This is absolute crap. I've phoned them, they say it's probably a lost package, and they'll email me with further details along with "tracer package information" and they do not. They've stopped responding to my emails.
From what this is now, it's a scam. I have payed for my purchase, but I have yet to receive it.
I honestly hope World Music Supply is an honest, and hard-working company, and my lost guitar is simply a one in a million occurrence, but things look dim.
I know that it may not be purely the fault of WMS, as USPS or whatever carrier they're using to ship with, is handling the product, but they could AT LEAST reply to my email, or not put me off on the phone, and ship me my guitar again.
Thanks, WMS, I still don't have my guitar.
