rip off scam

I kept getting all these popups telling me my computer had all these viruses and i thought my MacAfee had ran out and I had to renew it. This was a complete scam and ripoff they took about $150.00 out of my bank account and disappeared. I want my money back NOW!

virus protection scam

I kept getting pop-ups on my newly purchased laptop stating that I had 48 infectious viruses on my computer and that I must download this protection to be cleared of them. I did, and it charged my ACCT $69.90 and the software tools icon was then deleted. Once they got the $ they deleted themselves! I have no phone number, no address, and barely the information on who they were...all I know is that they charged my debit card. Please help!
