I want a refund
The system took over my computer and I had to purchase it so my laptop would work. I signed up for 49.95 but was charged 129.85. I would like a refund.

NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING
I never ordered any software from them or anyone else. My card was charged today for $59.95 and I did not authorize any any part of it. I have never had any pop-ups, viruses or trojans. They somehow got my info online today and used that to charge me. I would like to know if anyone else has had the same problem.
Most complaints have been after a purchase of the product was made, but since I did not do that I am a little confused. I already called Bank of America and was told to file a fraud complaint if the charge posts (right now is pending). I had to cancel my card and have to go to the bank for a new one.

I did buy something at Walmart.com and used my card at Big lots today. Over the last few days I have purchased items online from HSN.com, QVC.com, Walmart.com, Doubleday Book Club online, and had a monthly charge for my credit report. I also use Facebook everyday, but that is the only websites I have been to and never had a problem.

If anyone has been to these sites right before your incident please list it, so maybe we can find out where it is coming from.

Never Received Product
Every time I logged on I kept getting this pop-up. The pop-up would continuosly take me to the same screen over and over. The pop-up kept saying danger, prompting me to protect my computer. I tried to purchace anti virus soft ware. I had to by extra stuff that was automaticaly checked. It would not allow me to uncheck the box for extra stuff. It ended up being $49.99 I was prompt to go to a screen where I was supposed to enter a Liciense key that did nothing. It kept saying I needed to activate the key but it would not allow me to. I kept clicking and the key screen would not go away. My account has been charged a 100.00 and I have not received anything. I'm so mad at my self for being so trusting and this company for being so unethical. What do I do know?

Purchase anti virus for computer - credit card was charged, no activation code was sent or given in order to use services. Can not $50.
