software crashed my computer

I purchased an online antivirus protection program from World-Wide-Software on Jan 26 in the amount of $49.95. My computer crashed because of the program and I had to trash it. Please send a credit for the amount due. I recieved no information to activate it or a purchase number but have recieved a bill on my card. I'm hoping that you will make this right. Fraudulent sale of goods not received

I recently purchased software to rid my computer of putative viruses, trojan horses, and similar. I no longer have access to the software I ordered. World-Wide-Software have withdrawn 81.63 PGB from my bank account. This was not the amoun t I agreed to. Please advise how I recover this sum.
