2/8/10 I could not open my computer for SECURITY TOOL with an emblem similar to Microsoft's kept popping up. Even when you clicked "Cancel" it would not go away.

Only way to make it disappear was to purchase it for $49.95.

Thinking it was Microsoft's - I did.

Nothing came up to download after information was inputted. To date I still haven't received any information.

I could not even find exactly what company it was - assuming it was MicroSoft, I called the credit card company and was told $49.95 was placed on my credit card under World Wide Soft (ware).

I'm disputing the charge and a new card is being issued.
