Fraud
I received a pop up notice that my computor had acquired a virus and if I did not get this protection I would suffer a computor crash, I tried many times to ignore this but it kept popping up. So I sent a payment of $51.69 and as soon as the payment cleared my account so did the so called protection. On my statement it was listed as Browsing Solutions.com out of Moscow. I want to have my money returned and the lesson I learned is that it is best to deal with companies you know.e 2

Fraudulent Security Tool
Like everyone else in their complaints, my computer was taken over by a rogue virus where I had no control of the computer. it told me my computer was infested with a list of viruses and the only way out was to buy their antivirus system. I signed up just to shut off their program and get control of my computer.
They charged my credit card twice as much as they said they would. Only one charge.
I'm not sure who to get in touch with since there is no phone number. If you know what to do please let me know.

Didn't use the Product
I requested assistance on a virus removal tool from this website which stated the system was down and couldn't be accepted. I then contact McAfee who assisted me. i checked my account today and the website charged my VISA account for a service that was not provided. This is a rip off and i am going to take legal action if my money is not refunded to my account.
