Thank you for all your information. The same thing happened to my laptop when my husband was using it. It locked up and we couldn't get off until I bought the software. I actually forgot about it until it showed up on my credit card statement. I thought what in the heck did I buy from Moscow. I got on this website and saw all the complaints. I don't use the laptop much, but it hasn't been working right since this happened. Fortunately, my credit card company is very nice, I've been with them forever, so they are crediting the charge and issuing me a new card. What a hassle, though.

i had already purchased this product a week ago and could not use my computer unless i bought it again so ipurchased it

and they have taken my money again but i had to use another card but all my pesonel details are the same

i would have thought they would have a record of me bieng a member with them

i WAS TOLD THAT ALOT OF VIRUSES HAD ATTACKED MY COMPUTER. tOO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT WORLD-WIDESOFT.COM TOOK 50.95 OF MY CARD AND IS STILL CHARGING FEES TOO MY CARD. nO CONTACT INFOMATION IS PROVIED. iF ANYONE CONTACTS THEM CONTACT ME. i WANT MY MONEY NOW!!!

I received a popup that told me my laptop was infected and that if I didn't purchase an antivirus it would crash my laptop. I tried numerous times to log off the popup but it would not let me off until I purchased their antivirus software. This was at 11:53 pm on March 8, 2010. I did not want the program and do not want it . Pleases help me to get a refund from this company. From what I can see, they are doing this to a lot of people. My Email is [email protected]. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My friends HP Laptop had a virus with a Security Alert. There was no way to operate the computer without downloading a new security update to Vista 2010 anti virus protection. So I tried to order the update and thought it was through Microsoft. It was not. The company charged my credit card $69.95 and never gave a conformation e-mail or order number. I cancelled my card at that time and have been disputing the charge on my account. I reported the company to the Better Business and to Chase Customer Service. I hope they get caught for this scam.
