i purchase a program for 49.99 thought worldwide software, its suppose to help when you get virus, well when i turn on my computer everything is black, i was to get a product key number and never did, now i am having problems cant seem to get on anything, i think my computer might of crashed, i would like a refund of my 49.99, can you tell me how i can receive my refund?
