The original system was fine but didn't come with the cistern, I ordered the system from world of baths to go with the toilet, it was the wrong type and the plumber had to make a frame for it. The flusher system broke (not WOBs fault) but after 3 months of trying to get a new part they have sent the wrong one!!!
