I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from this website. I returned one pair and am still yet to receive my refund 3 months later. I have left several messages on their answering machine and have not received a call back. I also have e-mails from their customer service rep confirming that they have processed my return and still have not received a refund to my credit card. Now my e-mails aren't being answered either.

Also the 'designer' shoes were shipped from China.
