I purchased a anti virus for my computer for $49.95 3 months ago and have not been able to locate this download. I statrted t realize that possible this is a scam. I went to the bank and copied my debit purchase canme home and goggled this name and here i am filing a complaint for a scam that i fell victim to. Not sure what steps i can take next but in a economy that is already hurting how bad is this being taken advantage of. WOuld like a reply as if there is anything i can do or possible document to recieve cash back.
