I am attempting an international move (from the US to the UK). After submitting my items to several international shippers, Worldwide came in with a quote. Then rescinded their quote saying that they ship only to the 48 contiguous states. The problem is, THEIR website advertises international shipping...it allowed me to make that selection in getting the quote...and even the official "Do Not Exceed" Quote had all my destination details on it. Why would they advertise or quote shipping prices, just to say later they don't actually ship to the UK??? I was about to book my shipment with them too! Terribly disorganized! Makes no sense! And then the email I got back was that the owner states that the website does NOT have international shipping as an option. Hmmm. That's funny. That's not what I clicked on...I sent them a PDF of their own website. DO NOT USE!

This company has been messed up from the beginning, I can't even believe I have paid them a DIME to move me. DO NOT USE THEM. Not only did they come to load my home without any trolleys or moving equipment, but they overcharged me for my weight HUNDREDS of dollars, the owner YELLED at me over the phone about my overweight load, only to find out he had called the wrong person!!! AND he barely apologized. Icing on the cake was they gave us a 4 hr arrival time window, I called the company 1/2 hr after the arrival time to say they didn't show up and to see what the status was. Needless to say I did not receive a call back. I called a 1/2 hr later and was told they wouldn't arrive until the NEXT day! Does this company think people can just take time off work and sit around waiting for them to arrive??? Horrible company, horrible service.
