This service is a SCAM!! The furniture salesman sold me this contract at MACYS and was told this is a warranty that will clean my furniture. I placed a call today to schedule a warranty call and was denied saying it was an accumulation of stains. The technician asked me when the stains occurred and I told her over the last year. However, she said the fine print says that I am not to let the stains accumulate.
I told her the milk stains were from last week and that I should at least have that cleaned she still denied the claim. Even for the milk stains from last week.
This is a SCAM..

DO NOT Purchase any furniture warranty from Macys... they are unethical and will not honor their warranty!
