I am very upset in the way this company has parcels delivered to the public as 9 times out of 10 the parcels do not arrive and the £8.00 pounds delivery charge you have to pay is over the top and way to much as the service you receive is poor etc, parcels not arriveing and takeing more than 10 days when they the company states 5 to 7 working days is a load of rubbish.
I have had parcels go missing from bid tv before but was nice and polite to them allways, now I have had enough and no longer wish to be a customer. I will not be ordering from this company again as i find there service a load of rubbish. And when you call them by phone for help in tracking youre parcel or for information they fail to give any helpful information what so ever. I would like my credit card to be refunded for the goods I have not received. I also ordered janet rager bedding and that parcel also has not arrived. I do not call this good customer service at all.
I would also like a non delivery form sent out to me as i wish to claim a refund on non delivery of parcels that i have all ready been charged for on my credit card.
I would also like to point out some parcels have been dumped on my door step or in the garden if i was not in unattended. That is a bad customer service on youre behalf as you employ this company to deliver our parcels safeley. It is quite clear this is not happening I have been ringing bid tv all week about my parcels only to be told they are with the courier and will be delivered shortly, this is not the case.
