I made a purchase through WOW Gold Studio with the assumption that it would be delivered in 5 minutes via the game World of Warcraft as well as if it was not in stock I would have the option to wait or to cancel my order and receive a full refund in 12 hours. Well I chose to cancel my order instead of waiting for them to gather up 4, 000 gold. 12 hours later I contacted them and Im told I have to wait 48 hours, then they hung up on me on the live chat, then Im told 24 hours, then 36 then 48 again.

their website says nothing about 48 hours it actually states
"I have not received my order. What is happening?
In the vast majority of cases, we are able to fulfill orders within the timeframe given. However, sometimes we may be unable to fulfill your order right away. If this is the case, we shall contact you to inform you. You will be given the option to cancel your order and get a refund, or wait for us to have stock again. Please note that, we could only make partial refund if you have received part of good as ordered."

If your request for a refund is granted, we shall make a payment to your Paypal account within 12 hours."

Very much a scam company.
