Ive had wow mobile and have had them for several months
Ive had problems with my phone and the only way to get in touch with them is by email, which i did several times and never heard from them
The phone number I have to contact them had me on hold for over an hour no one answered! This happened 2-3 times
Ive gotten so frustrated I got an iphone and talk about ridiculous trying to port your number from WOW MOBILE to ATT is no easy 15 minute process because
they are a business account with several thousand lines leased from T-mobiles service I have to jump tru hoops to get my number ported over. Let me tell you ive
been workin on porting my number over for 5 business days and today it is still not complete. WOW MOBILE YOU SUCK AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND
YOU TO ANYONE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A DISGRACE!
