Ok so I don't feel like farming for hours to make all the money for the things I need to get done in WoW. So I had a little extra money and decided to try buying some gold. I tried the above site as I couldn't find any complaints about them online anywhere. So I decided to put one up.

About 6 hours ago I made the order, and was told it takes up to an hour and a half maybe two hours. Every time I try to contact them via their online help line, they just say a few random words of broken english then they close the chat. If anyone else has had any issues with this site or any advice on the subject to how I can either get my money back or get them to own up to their promise that would be much appreciated.
