This company is awful.

1). They are 100% Chinese
2). They barely speak english and when they do it is one or two words
3). They don't have an order number system so when you place an order you have to tell them what you bought
4). There are rumors online that they work for the chinese mafia
5). The accounts they sell are rumored to be hacked.
6). They shouldn't even have customer service, they would get more sales if they didn't.

Just stay away from them. I should have known as there are about 10 other companies better than them. They also have multiple other websites such as 21cge.com and vcsale.com.

My story is short and simple. I ordered, they said the item wasn't in stock, and then 7 days later and given the runaround each time they refuse to refund me. I have opened a dispute and am contacting my bank tomorrow to dispute it all together.
