I ordered a diet product on the internet, the price was listed at $5 you took $20. I then phoned the number provided. It did not connect so I could not cancel it.

I did not attend to this matter immediately as I was suffering a family bereavement in July 2009.When I realised you was still charging me I sent an e-mail asking you to stop taking money from my account, and refund me the money you have inappropriately taken from my account . I did not get a response from my e-mail and deductions from my account continued. Only because there was a block put on my card you could not take any more from my account.

I expect the full amount of £360 deducted from my account to be refunded, or I will be taking legal action against you.
