Years later & they are still at it
I've been charged by this company I've never heard of too. My bank alerted me and gave me this # to call WPI and see if I could get the money refunded: 800-243-9726 <----------
I looked online at my acct (manually typed in the bank web address, don't use links that come from an email in case the email is fraudulent) and did indeed see the charges.
I called the # and the recording used the name of some internet provider. When I got a person on the line, she said she could handle the refund. Matter of fact, before I even said anything she asked if I was calling to have money refunded & service cancelled. Odd. I said yes and she said she could only refund 3 mos worth. Odd again. Anyway, i took that.
**** Important note! In order to get the charges refunded, she needed the card# it was charged to in the 1st place. I gave it to her, but only because I had already cancelled that card prior. If someone is charging your card, time to get a new one anyway... ****
Called my bank's claim dept and told them of the refund , they said might be a few days before it shows up and to watch my acct for it.

stealing money out of my account
noticed the charges on bank statement one month so i called the bank and they said this has been going on for about 9 months now, so i called wpi*ifriends elite and told them to stop charges and the customer services rep acted like she didnt know what i was talking about so after i gave her my account info they said they would take care of it. But here it is 5 months later and there still drafting money out of my account how do i get them to stop?

Fraud Unauthorised billing
For the last 3 months my credit card has been fraudulently debited with a charge of US$9.95 by an organisation refered to as WPI*IFRIENDS ELITE of which we have no knowledge or record of having dealt with or received services from.
Would very much appreciate advice on how these payments can be stopped, the US$ 20.85 (AUS$37.82) refunded and this fraudulent behaviour punished to the fullest extent that law permits.
