I have bought Whirpool refrigerator on21/10/2004, chasis no: 4698504,
350 litres, from M/s Vijay Sales, Mahim, Mumbai, India.It has given lots of problems till date and after lot of followups only somebody comes to attend the problem.This not only is trouble for me but also the damage to the reputation, dependibility of the Whirpool company.
Latest example is about the comp.no MB0610014253 taken by one Mr Tushar 4 days ago for the outside surface of the fridge getting wet and collecting water at bottom.I have this fridge still under warranty period.After lot of followup one machanic came and left in 30 minutes saying other mechanic would come to fill the gas.But even after two days nobody has turned up.Also nobody is answering the call.This is very disappointing and disgusting.Why such a poor service by the reputed company like Whirpool?
