First I must thank you for your prompt response to my mail and for
picking up the consideration to be our payment officer via our costumers
who are already and able to pay some of the outstanding bills.
We are an organization that started in 2000, although there are quite
some numbers of such organizations here in china but ours is made with
a difference. We have the mother company of this organization, which
is the WU ARTS AND CRAFTS, which was established some years ago,
before now we operate locally, but have decided to embark on
international trade.
We produce, market and export mainly Chinese
Crafts and Artworks made from Famous Chinese Bamboo, China Clay,
Rafter Palm, bronze, stones and lots more. The various industries we
cater to are: Fashion, media, entertainment, personal, e.t.c.
Our software engineers/Webmaster are unto developments/upgrading of
our website so I plead with you exercise some patients for that as
this is the only way we can show your some of our products as it will
be exhibited on the site.
Right about now we are clearing off debts owed us by our international customers.
Surprise to say that your role for now in this endeavor is to serve as
our agent that our customers who buys/bought our product can reach for
payments and helping us collecting their outstanding money which they
owe to our company, you will be given a commission of 10% for any
payment made through you to us, and you will be given instructions
on how to remit the balance funds to us .
The more reasons We seek a Representative (Payment Agent) in your province
due to the fact that we want to increase and expand our market network
by setting up an office in your Zone before the end of this year that
is why you are acting as our agent/rep that will reach out to all our
customers in your Zone as you know this will help us settle down
easily and more conveniently when we come in because as we have an
agent/rep (you) on ground and secondly, is due to language/Currency
Variance we find problem dealing directly with our customers.
More so some of our international customers who are reluctant in paying up are
claiming that they are finding it difficult reaching us for payments
due to the distance, so to ease them up so they could easily and
quickly pay up instead of all these excuses they are making up, we are
seeking for representative closer to them. So to this end we seek the
assistance of individual or a group to assist us.
The way it works is this; the board of trustees would determine your
eligibility. If we find you eligible we then inform our owing
customers/creditors that we have a payment officer in their region,
they call you to ascertain and confirm a few facts and then they
eventually make out payment.
You receive the payment; you will deduct your 10% share and every other
necessary bank charges/taxes then based on instructions received from us,
remit the balance to us. If we are able to build and sustain this business
relationship (based on trust of course), then the frequency of the money
will definitely increase.
Please we would very much like to know if you are presently or previously
been involved in this kind of venture. So we can really know how experienced
you are in this endeavour or else we will have to send you step by step
instructions as the transaction commence.
And also you should kindly state the name in which our owing customers will
issue their checks in. Should it be in your name or your company ?
