unauthorized forwarding of information
well, I have to congratulate myself..I signed up for wu -yi tea and got signed up for two other products . The small print.. I would like to start a petition against this... I will contact my congressman and put this forward. anyone who would like to join me, , just put complaint on this site and I will get in touch with you.
forwarding information is illegal, but they have it in small print, authorizing this. such a scam.. what has America come to.. "honestly" use to be a prideful attribute.
I had to cancel both other products, but unable to receive refund. I really do not understand how anyone works for companies like this.. I guess no conscience.. but that would make them robots...

money not refunded/not answering calls
Ordererd wu-yi weight lose tea and did not work, twwo months later I get 3 boxes sent and rang to say I did not want it but they told me this was their policy and charged me $59. To get my refund I was told to send the tea back and would get a full refund of which the tea was sent by second class with rceipt.
I have called numerous times and they told me it had to reach the USA before refunding and still nothing now the company is closed during the day and dont know how to get the money owed to me.

unorthorisec charges taken from account
Like many others I have been cought out by WuYi. Even after cancelling and returning their product they still insist on taking payments from my credit card. I want my money returned and the whole lot to stop, but cannot find a way of reaching them to do this. They totally ignore anything but an order for their product. Unauthorized billing
I was given a special rate to order the Wu-Yi Tea diet tea. It was only going to cost $1.95 S+H to receive a sixty day supply to try. They then charged my debit card $59.95 twelve days later. When I called For A refund, they said it was a 14 day free trial that i received and I was charged for the other tea as if it were regular price. When I called the 800 number today, it is no longer their number. It is now a flooring companies. I sent the product back on the 15th of December, and still have not received a refund. What do I do now?

EXCESSIVE CHARGES
I KEEP GETTING CHARGED FOR A WEB ACCESS FEE OF 4.95, AND I NEED TO TALK WITH SOMEONE THAT CAN STOP THESE CHARGES. I'M SURE THAT THIS IS SOME HOW AGAINST THE LAW.

I also ordered this WU-Yi trail product in Nov 2008 and recieved it on Dec. 3rd, 2008 and called the very same day without opening the box finding out the day before that I was being charged $4.95 for the guide I did'nt order. I cancelled that but they would'nt refund my money. I also talked to a lady over the phone at WU-YI and she said I could send the product back and there would be no charges made because I did'nt open the box and come to find out today (Dec.12th, 2008) that my checking account was billed $59.00? What kind of a scam are you people running? My account is now in the rears because of this. Please take the steps to make this right and return the $59.00 back to my account. You can keep the $1.95 for S&H.
I would never reccommand this product to any of my family or friends or the general public for that matter. Like I said this is all a SCAM!!!

unauthorized charges
I have cancelled my account after I was charged $59.95 I was told that I had to send the product back and in a few weeks I would receive that credit. Now I am seeing $4.95 charges in my bank account some on the same day. All other complaints I have seen are valid as I have been unable to reach anyone at the company as well Better Business Bureau here I come.
