product billed but didn't received
I called you guys to cancelled the product and it was cancelled but i've been charge for it anyway. 69.98 $ was billed on my visa card and i've never received the product for wich i was charge for. could you please fix this problem, it would be greatly appreciated tank you.

hidden "advantages"
Guess they got me with the small (?) print when I signed up for the free sample of Wu-Yi. I cancelled the tea right away, but got stuck with numerous charges.
All they do is charge you without any type of notification to your e-mail. Then you have to to to reach them AFTER the charges appear and that's when they ask you if you want to activate something that you know nothing about.
I was able to cancel any further charges from Comprehensive e-book. How do I cancel the Insider Secret Tips?
This seems to be a despicable way to run any business.

Charges sent thru direct pay and was not authorized - unable to cancel - sends you to insidersecrettips.com a total joke however how do you get this cancelled.

charged for order after free trial
I sent for a free trial of wu-yi pixie pack an instant fat burning energy tea. it came in a jar of 30 packets, for 6.90. Then I was checking my credit card statement 1 month later and was charged for another order at 67.93. I think this is disgusting. If it works like they say it does I would order under my own free will, I shouldn't have to be scammed into anything.I am going to call and try and cancel this order because it averages out to 2.26 per pkg. I think I would rather starve myself than give them the satisfaction of buying their product after they scammed me into buying more when I don't even know if it works or not.

Unauthorized charges
I had ordered, and returned their product sometime ago now. I just now discovered they had been charging my credit card all this time. I'm not even sure how to resolve this, but I'll try calling them first, and then contact my bank on this issue.

taking funds out before you reach your 30 days are up
I know that I read my agreement correctly but they took out money out of my account before my 30 day trial was up. I am pissed off about that and you have to cancel your subscription before the 30 days so they don't charge you for a new box of tea. But they bill you again in 14 days and that is not what I read in the agreement. I am sending my original order right back because I don't like the product and I don't like how they conduct their business. Never again from me.

withdrawals from my banking account without authorization
I called this company and requested that this so called membership be terminated and that I did not want their product. I sent it back and was refunded for the tea. Now I see that I am being charged 19.95 each month. For what? I do not want this product or membership.

Double charged!
I canceled online, but called customer about a double charge when first trying their product. I was not impressed by a double charge so I canceled without finishing their product. I was assured I would not receive any more product or charges. I now have 4 extra boxes that I canceled plus the charges (They do not put invoices in the packages so you do not know its 2 different orders). Why would anyone order the exact product under the exact same name, address, & e-mail on the same day? IF I canceled, why would they not tell me it was listed twice? Customer service on 5/20/08 was rude & sounded if he was based in India not the US- he hung up on me even though I had not cursed him.
Hopefully the live chat canceled ALL my accounts. 60 day guarantee is a FARCE!!! FREE trial will cost you > $100 (if you are lucky.)
