Refund/Scam

Returned product w/in 14 day terms, made the phone call, was being charged and charged again. Spoke with someone today because of another charge and he said no record of phone call - of course not, it's a scam - and I will not be refunded. I filed a complaint with the Atty Generals office, hopefully something will be done.

Fraud - hidden terms

I did enter online for a 14 day free trial offer for a wu-yi green tea product. I feel I have been completely scammed. Now they are using my debit card for charges of $69.87 for some bogus membership. I got thru on the 800 # & they claimed I did not cancel said membership within 14 days, as were in the terms & conditions. These were not stated anywhere on the ordering & were not something that had to be checked in order to submit order, which makes it a scam. I think someone needs to go after this fraudulent website.
