NO PHONE NO. TO CANCEL AND NO WEBSITE TO COMPLAIN. I DID NOT ORDER ANY OF THIS PRODUCT AND I HAVE BEEN CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD. I DO NOT WISH TO RECEIVE ANY MORE OF THIS PRODUCT AND I WILL SEND BACK WHAT I HAVE RECEIVED AND DEMAND A CREDIT TO MY MASTERCARD ACCOUNT.

SHALL I RECEIVE ANY REPLY FROM THE COMPLAINT BOARD ??

I ordered the trial package and knew I would be charged $4.95 for S&H. However a few weeks later I was charged an additional $69.87. I tried calling and they have you on hold for almost 15 minutes before someone answers. I gave up the first time and ended up emailing the company which never gave me a response back. I waited another week or so and again notice my debit card was charged another $69.87. I called the 800 # again and finally someone answered after about 15-20 minutes of waiting. She refunded me the most recent charge but would not do the previous charge because it was not within 14 days of the charge. Asked for her supervisor and after much arguing about why I agreed to the terms and conditons and threatening to report them to BBB (which by the way, she didn't care) she approved the other refund.
Be aware of this company. They are trying to scam people and especially those who do not pay attention to their accounts.
