Very bad marketing stategy. Product information indicated there was a 30 Trial period, and only pay the shipping and handling charge, now being told it was only to be 14 days. I took the 30 trial period, but was then charged again without having my authorization to do so.
Have been trying the last few days, but not able to get through and being told to hold the line and a representative will be with you right away... absolutely false. I have waited more than 15-20 minutes and still no rep. available.
VERY FRUSTATING! I will never fall into this trap again.
