There is no address on any of their correspondence, brochures etc yet one has to WRITE (not email) them to request cancellation. They are a bunch of spivs. I thought I was buying a "one-off" product and was shocked to see charges coming of my credit card. I, too will CANCEL my credit card.

I am so pleased I have now left USA - this business practice model of auto-deducting from one's account is totally unacceptable and the government or Someone should put a stop to it.
