I ordered a trial offer of Wu-Yi tea for $4.95. After becoming ill after using 6 bags I returned the product within the required deadline and asked to stop future charges. Almost two months later when I received the most current credit card bill, I found two separate recurring charges for services I never authorized. I immediately filed a compliant with the BBB and contacted by credit card company; however, I had already been charged two months for "Web Access" and one month charge for "Membership" which I had no idea what it was for. When I called the 800 number for the "Membership" fee, I was told, "Oh you must have ordered Wu-Yi tea, this comes with the product;" and I proceeded to tell her I never ordered it. She said it was non-refundable but she would cancel future orders, but I have my doubts. I'll believe it when I see the credit. The second 800 number you can't even talk to a human as the recording simply tells you to access the web for more information which is convenient for them so the consumer is not able to ever cancel this service.
This company is definitely a scam, ripping off unsuspecting victims. They should be closed down and prosecuted for their actions. NEVER order from this company
