Scam
I too, tried canceling the WUYI Tea three times but was still charged for tea I didn't receive and the living lean coaching deal that I had been led to believe was free.
I called Chase CC customer disputes and explained. They're helping by crediting my account and investigating them.
I "live chatted" with WuYiTea online and threatened to contact CO Attorney General if my card was charged again.
I called Chase, again, to apprise them of my call results with WuYiTea. Chase informed me they would receive a FINE after all this canceling by me and Chase! WE'LL SEE!!!

Cancellation!
A month ago i canceled my subscription from wu-yi tea, I did not received any answer, and I am still receiving the product, and they are still taking the money out of my bank account.

Continuous shipments and charges
Even though they list a web site, it is non-existant. They keep sending tea, when all I wanted was the free trial.

information to get money back
Hi I have just managed to get my money back from wu-yi source.Went to bank with all payments taken and bank statements.The bank referred me to SID which in united kingdom has links all over world.They took all details and changed my bank card and used the number on my statments that wu-yi had used to withdraw money to redraw the money back and any other attempts to take money will be bounced into Fraud account set up by bank.GO to the bank and try it, these people have been doing it for years under another name until they got caught.The bank will automatically lodge this under internet fraud and will go to all the main agencies, the FBI etc. GOOD LUCK

Rip off
I fell for their advertisement, because I wanted to loose a few pounds. That was a mistake, the weight I am loosing is out of my wallet. What started out to be a free trial, just pay shipping! That was all a lie, to date I have been charged the 29.95+19.95+34.95 I had to close my Paypal account to stop them, because Paypal is of no help, there seems to be no end in site all within the past 10 days. All for some Tea that can be purchased in any grocery store for $5.
It is just oolong green tea in their packaging, not even that great of quality. I can only hope that a Class action Lawsuit can be brought against them.
