Wu-yi Source Reviews

Scam and fraud!
I was taking advantage of and money automatic being withdrawn from my account. First $29.95 and for the second and third time a withdrawal of $19.95 every month their after. I had to close bank account and cancel debit/credit cards and start all over again. Please make sure you read your bank statement and look for PURCHASE IW/LIVING LEAN if you made the same mistake as I have and report that ASS. If theirs anyone out there can stop this company from committing this Federal Crime.

Unauthorized billings!
I ordered a box of the Wu-Yi Source tea hoping to try it out and burn some harmless extra calories. The first box of tea was supposedly sold as a 'trial' and I was only to pay for shipping. I gave my account number and was charged 6.95 on March 17, 2008 and received the tea a few days later. Beware!

Unauthorized charge!
I stupidly ordered the Wu-Yi Tea "trial, " then immediately canceled it. While Wu-Yi did refund the amount of $4.95 I paid for the trial, then earlier this week, I noticed that a charge of $19.95 came through my bank account for IW/LIVING LEAN. I called the number Thursday (866-396-5711) and asked for a refund and cancellation of the program. I was given a confirmation number and told that my refund will go through in 3-5 business days, but I am not sure that they will refund my money. I am calling the card services department for my card to see if they can block any further charges from these fools.

Unauthorized billing!
I ordered a box of tea from this company, I sent it back un-opened and requested a refund. I was told to send it back with a slip of paper with the reason for return and an RMA #. I sent it back UPS, priority mail on 3/20/08. On April 9, 2008 I got an unauthorized charge to my account for the amount of $19.95 from "Living Lean Las Vegas". I specifically said in my note for them not to charge my account any further and that I did not want any products from this company. I will be disputing this charge and any further activity on my account from this so called company.

WU-YI slimming tea
I ordered this tea; then called them to cancel any more orders. They keep taking money out of my account and I keep trying to call them; but no one answers the phones. I e-mailed them before the 2 week period was up and called them again to cancel my account. They have yet to do so; they have not sent any more tea; but they have taken more out twice and the last 2 weeks. Now the phone tells you that in order to cancel; you must send an e-mail. They refuse to answer the phones and have not responded to my emails. I am going to take legal action against them. This is a strong warning to everyone; do not fall for this scam.

Charge for item I never receive!
I was charged $30.85 for some tea that I didn't order. They give you number to call and all it does is give you another number to call. This charged was made without my knowledge. This is the second charged of $29.95 you have taken out of my account. I have had to closed this account because money is being taken out of my account every two or three weeks. I will be looking for a refund of $60.85 in the mail from your company. I will make sure I contact the BBB to let them know the scam you are running on people.

Invalid product!
Wu Yi Source is supposedly recommended by Oprah for a weight loss help. They offer a free trial for shipment cost only but then bill you ful price and sign you up for an email program and continue to bill you. They do not answer phone calls nor follow through with what they say they will do in their ads.

Free Trial & Charged from my account
I requested the free trial tea, I then called the telephone number on the site, emailed them as well and informed them that I did not want their product. They stated they would email me the address to to return the product. To date I have not received that address & they have charged my account $29.99. I have informed my bank this is a fradulant charge and I planning to to write BBB about this scam.
