This is a total scam. I never even ordered or asked for a free trial. It just showed up. There is no live person to speak to regarding this mystery package.

Unauthorized charges
I did registered with them to get a free trial but I did not order for every month, they keep on sending me the Wu-Yi Tea and sent the payment through my credit card. Please, I need to stop sending me and stop make payment from my credit card. Please refund back all my money as I can send back your Wu-Yi Tea. At home I have 3 boxes which I have never open and drink.

Fraudulent charges
I was solicited over the phone for free tea, just had to pay shipping and handling. I received the tea, and then went to the web site and seen that it in fact was not free. Chatted online with costumer service, and was giving conformation of cancellation. I sent the tea back the day it was received ( I knew I had been scammed). Delivery conformation from USPS.com stated they received the package exactly two days later. I thought it was over. Wrong. Now it is December and they aRE stealing 59.99 out of my account. I have been lied to several times over the phone, they have yet to return my money and I just finished filing a complaint with the BBB. Which everyone should check out as they are a F rated company- stolen and fraudulent charges all over the country. BEWARE PLEASE- I don't think anyone should have to deal with this kind of situation- and just think, It's DECEMBER 12th- MERRY CHRISTMAS WU-YI SOURCE- THINKS FOR STEALING MY TWO BABIES CHRISTMAS.

i have been charged 3 times for the product that i ordered ././... i want it put back in my account, ... now ... you are stealing peoples money... i also have reported you to the scam people ... you should be ran out of business...

IT DON'T WORK AND CHARGE ME WITHOUT MY PERMISSON
WHEN I FIRST SEEM WU-YI SOURCE IT CAME THROUGH MY E-MAIL I TRY SO MANY THINGS TO LOSE WEIGHT SO I TRY A BOX, ANOTHER HAPPEN I STILL LOOK THE SAME WHEN I START, I CALL THE COMPANY TO TELL THEM DONOT CHARGE MY CARD ANYMORE, THIS IS NOT GOOD TEA THE YOUNG LADY ASURE ME IT WORKS WELL ME AND MY SISTER DRINKS IT TOO.I DID NOT LOSE ANY WEIGHT A WEEK AGO THE CHARGE MY CARD FOR ANOTHER BOX OF THAT MESS. WHEN I CALL THE 1-800-281-9006 NUMBER THEIR IS NOBODY TO TALK WITH ABOUT GETTING BACK YOUR MONEY.

unauthorized charge
They never said anything about a charge of 4.95 for web access nor did they say anything about a 9.95 membership charge so I called the numbers on the credit card they took care of the 9.95 charge the other phone number tells you to go to the web site and speak with a customer rep. so far I can't find the right place to go. Looks like I will have to do like everyone else and cancel my card in order to get this charge off my monthly statement.

The wu-yi source is one of the biggest frauds. They told me a free trail offer and I was more than pissed when I found out it was less than free. It was 60.00$ so far and if there is anymore strange charges I will be sure to take all of your advice and just cancel my card. thank god I just used my debit card! I am not going down with out a fight however if there is any further action I can take to bring them down I will.

unauthorized charges taken for products not ordered
These people offer a box of tea for 4.99 and then you end up being enrolled in at least two other programs that you didn't know existed and charged much larger sums of money. I had to cancel and then they offer a refund to the card once you cancel which supposedly takes up to 2 weeks to show up. A risky proposition considering that they can continue to withdraw money from the a card in the meantime.

unauthorized charges
I ordered a free sample for the cost of shipping and handling only $4.95. The next thing I know these people are charging my credit card for 180.00 for a 3 month supply of this unwanted product. It's next to impossible to contact anyone to cancel this mess. I tried to call and they claim they can't find arecord of me, but they can charge my credit card. They are a horrible organization BEWARE!!!
