On 11/10/08 I called and cancelled any further tea orders after trying it for a week. On 11/11/08 I was billed 4.95. Called the # on bill, and it was information only. I am now at the website where I am to tell you about it. Please credit my Visa account for 4.95 affective immediately. I should not have been charged anything since I called in the trial period time.

The above phone is for the ebookmembership that charged me $9.95 on my Visa even though I had cancelled the whole program including this membership on 10-24-2008. The phone representative stated that it was cancelled and showed up cancelled on her computer. The tea was sent back within the time frame of the trial. So far I have had no problem with the cancellation of the tea or the Insider Secrets Tips. But I should not have been charged for the ebookmembership either.

As everyone else, I agreed to the FREE TRIAL (-4.95 s/h) that Wu-yi offered. After a week and a half of realizing the crap value, I called the toll-free # on my order confirmation unable to get through. Cross referencing the toll free# that was on their website, I realized they had transposed 2 numbers in the # they sent with my order confirmation. I called the correct # to verify the return address AND TO CANCEL, and was told if I called them with a tracking number when I mailed it, they would commence my refund immediately. That day being Veteran's Day I had to wait till Nov 12th to get to the post office, sent it delivery confirmation, called Wu-yi as soon as I got home with the tracking # -to be told "I should not have been told I could call with tracking #" however, she would cancel (acct had not been canceled as requested the first time i called!!) But I would receive my refund within 5 days. A week later, there is an extra charge on my bank statement. So I call wu-yi to be told what was refunded was the $4.95 s/h (which again they said "should not have been done"), but she'll send the $59 refund, which I should receive in 5 days (pardon my skepticism, but I heard THAT before. It appears they don't even know what each other are doing.) PLUS, upon reviewing my bank statement while on the phone with them, there were additional $4.95 charges which when I questioned was told was from their 'partners'. I explained to the woman I did NOT agree to that, she said it was written in the billing' section that. After I further expressed my 'disgust" she gave me the toll free #'s --which I just finished calling, and cancelling, not even aware I was a 'member'. BE WARE agreeing to "free" trials/ memberships etcs, as there are additional product offers (called APO's) which are NOT fully disclosed. Which, by the way, is against the law. Express your knowledge of this when calling to cancel, and you can get a full refund, but VERIFY all cancellations, and get cancellation codes, numbers incase you must call back again.

I ordered Wii tea on a sample basis and payed for one box. I didn't realize I was ordering an online informatoin site. An payment is being taken from my credit card each month. When I call the number on my bank statement it is just a recording and can't help me. I cancelled the tea but I don't know how to cancell this other that is connected to it . Thankyou for your help. This Comprehensive Weight Loss E-Book package was said to have been a free coaching program when I downloaded it. I don't want to pay anymore for it.

I tried the tea for the one month "free" trial and then decided that I did not want it anymore, so I cancelled my membership over a month ago and I am continually getting charges on my visa STILL!
