I did not order any of this tea, only the trial box that I paid steep postage rates for.
I have not taken any of this tea as I have high blood pressure and have been advised not to take it at all.
I do not want the tea I have just received and will be sending it back to you for credit.
After reading all of the complaints on this web site, very similar to mine, I have clearly been taken to the cleaners.
Please do not charge my Visa for this shipment as I did not order it and do NOT send me any more.

I would like to cancel my subscription for the Wu-Yi Source Tea effective immediately October 1, 2008. Do not charge my credit card for any more shipments because I was under the impression that I would try the trial offer and if I wanted to continue then I would let you know. But that was not the case and I was charged for another 3 month supply. This request has been followed by a letter also.

I received a 30 day supply (60 bags) they charged me $4.95 (sample charge) $2.00 shipping. They then charged $4.95 internet fee and $59.95 for the product (remember 60 bags.) Total charged $71.85. Which they refuse to refund. They then sent 180 bags and again charged $59.95, $9.95 and $4.95 for a total of $74.85. Canceled the account, returned the 180 tea bags at the cost of $8.97. I have only been refunded the $9.95 and $4.95. They someday will refund the $59.95 that I returned. They charge the same for 60 bags as 180 bags which does not make sense. I believe this deceptive advertising is illegal. I am still out the $71.85. Would suggest not to do business with this company.

Don't think you're actually getting anything for free when this company says anything about a "free trial" but if you are interested they will go from, I think it was, $4.95 s&h down to $1.95, if you chat with them long enough.
It's leading because it says, $59.95 for the first month and then the second installment is a three month supply for just $59.95. What they mean is $59.95 a month. That three month supply will cost you $179.85. In my opinion, lipo suction should come along with it. I'm so glad I chatted a few minutes longer because I almost purchased it thinking they really meant what they were saying...$59.95 for a 3 mnths supply of tea...not $179.85/ $59.95 which is billed each month equaling $179.85.
You may be up with that but not me. And what I found really misleading was the fact that they wouldn't give me a straight answer to anything. They kept reapeating their offer over and over...that was it! Personally, I wouldn't trust this company with my mailing address!
